1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the TradeRing website and service (the “Service”), operated by Sedo Studio Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TradeRing provides an AI-powered receptionist and lead-intake service for builders, tradespeople and related businesses in the United Kingdom. Features include call handling, lead capture, messaging tools, task management and related functionality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees at any time by posting the new pricing on our website or notifying you directly. All fees are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may require a valid payment method to start a trial.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property or other rights; (c) send spam, fraudulent or misleading communications; (d) interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs and materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sedo Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to us, other users or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
