What is the code to divert calls on a UK mobile?
Dial **21*number# to forward all calls, **61*number# when you don't answer, **67*number# when you're busy and **62*number# when your phone is off or has no signal. Replace number with the full number you want calls sent to, then press Call.
How do I change how long my phone rings before forwarding?
Add the ring time to the no-answer code: **61*number**15# rings for 15 seconds before forwarding. Choose 5 to 30 seconds, in steps of 5. This works reliably on Vodafone and O2 and the networks that run on them.
How do I turn off call forwarding?
Dial ##002# to cancel every divert at once, or ##21#, ##61#, ##67# or ##62# to cancel one type. You can check what is active with *#21#, *#61#, *#67# or *#62#.
Why doesn't the divert code work on EE or Three?
Some EE and Three plans block divert codes. Set forwarding in your phone instead: on iPhone, Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding (which forwards all calls); on Android, Phone → Settings → Calling accounts → Call forwarding. For conditional diverts, your network can set them for you.
Why are my forwarded calls going to voicemail on iPhone?
Live Voicemail answers calls before your network can forward them. Turn it off in Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail, then set the divert again.
Does call forwarding cost money in the UK?
Forwarded calls usually use your plan's inclusive minutes, as if you made the call. Forwarding to a UK mobile or landline is normally included in bundles; pay-as-you-go plans may charge. Check your tariff.
Which networks do Tesco Mobile, giffgaff and SMARTY use?
Tesco Mobile, giffgaff and Sky Mobile run on O2. VOXI, Lebara and Asda Mobile run on Vodafone. SMARTY and iD Mobile run on Three. BT Mobile and Plusnet run on EE. Divert codes normally follow the host network.
