• Call recordings, transcripts and messages processed by the AI receptionist.

Call recordings and messages are processed automatically by our AI and telephony providers to transcribe calls, qualify enquiries and generate lead summaries. This processing is necessary to deliver the receptionist service and is governed by the same safeguards described in this policy.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Advertising measurement. We use a tracking pixel provided by Whop (Whop Inc.) to measure how our advertising performs. It records page views on our public website and whether a visit led to a free trial signup, and shares that with Whop and the advertising platforms we run campaigns on. It is not used on the signed-in TradeRing app.

In the UK, EEA and Switzerland this pixel only loads if you accept advertising cookies on the banner shown on your first visit. Visitors elsewhere are measured without a banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page; the change applies immediately. We keep a record of the choice you made, when you made it and the wording you were shown.

12. Security

We protect personal data using TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, access controls limited to authorised personnel, and secure cloud hosting environments. We also require our service providers to maintain appropriate security measures. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
