Liverpool
AI receptionist for Liverpool trades
Liverpool trades cover a big, busy patch either side of the Mersey. TradeRing answers the calls you miss while driving between jobs and turns them into lead cards.
Why Liverpool trades lose calls
The Merseyside working area is wide — a morning on the Wirral and an afternoon in St Helens is normal. Calls come while you are on the road or under a sink.
Plenty of older terraced stock and rental properties mean a steady flow of urgent repair calls that go to whoever answers first.
Voicemail costs jobs here because tenants and landlords both move fast.
Built for the way Liverpool jobs come in
- Answers on your existing 0151 or 07 number — nothing to port
- Captures the postcode so you know instantly whether the job is worth the traffic
- Asks how urgent it is, so emergencies jump the queue
- Books site visits while the caller is still on the line
- Sends a lead card with a full transcript to your phone
- 24/7, including evenings and weekends when most homeowners ring
Covering Liverpool and around
TradeRing works anywhere in the UK, and plenty of our customers work across Liverpool: Wirral, Bootle, St Helens, Warrington, Birkenhead, the wider Merseyside area.
Capturing whether the caller is the tenant, landlord or agent matters — TradeRing records that so you know who is actually paying before you ring back.
